May 23...I spent the entire week at a tradeshow in Kansas City. Mom was visiting friends out of town, so this is the first week that the job went totally unsupervised on our part. Judd came through and made sure the job stayed on schedule. It appears the framers had finished up on the 23rd with the exception of a couple of windows and doors that weren't available yet.

May 24...Jan, Chris and I flew to Oklahoma courtesy of Continental (the weather was not good enough to take the baron). Upon arriving, we found the siding to be almost completely installed and the shingles were in place as well. For the first time, it looked like the framers had cleaned up after themselves as far as removing some of the garbage from inside the house. Of course they also removed our brooms, leftover nails, crowbars, etc.

We cleaned up a little around the outside with the hope of borrowing my cousin's dump truck again on Saturday the 25th so that Chris could help us load it.
