Tuesday, Sept. 17: We arrive to a bustle of activity. The garage door has been installed, the HVAC team is finishing up in the attic and placing the furnace in the mechanical room and Judd is making progress on cabinets and trimming windows. We make decisions on the built-ins in the breakfast area and it really starts to look finished! Charlie and I continue to plane the maple that is being used in the cabinets. We feel Judd's time is more valuable designing and constructing the cabinets than planing the wood. He is working on all the cabinets and vanities that will need doors so we can get the measurements and get them ordered as soon as possible.
