Nov. 1 We haven't been able to get to the property this week, although Judd has been busy working on the trim in the house. We did go by the granite supplier on Friday and pick out the slab for the counter and island. There hasn't been any progress on the concrete for the hangar floor due to the weather. Hopefully, the weather will break next week and more will get done but first it has to dry out for a few days.

Also, on a sad note, the local aircraft mechanic Fred Barrs who Charlie was using for maintenance on the airplane and a person we were looking forward to getting to know better after we move to Oklahoma was killed Thursday when his helicopter broke up in flight. We hope to go to the funeral next Tuesday. The court date for the final outcome of the hangar dispute between us and David Stratton is scheduled on Monday the 4th. We will let you know how it turns out.
