"Evolution Is Biologically Impossible"
Evolutionists depend on the "once upon a pond" scenario to account
for the origin of life. A "primeval soup" made of acids, proteins, and other supposed
elements is assumed to have existed in a "warm little pond" (ocean).
"Then during an electrical storm, just the right mix of DNA, mRNA, ribosomes, cell
membranes and enzymes are envisioned in the right place at the right time and the first
cell is thunderbolted together and springs to life." Joseph Mastropaolo, Ph.D., Impact
Article #317, Nov., 1999. Presto! The spontaneous generation of the first cell!
Of course, there is no evidence for it. It cannot be demonstrated in the laboratory. There
is no witness to testify this happened. The known and observable law of biogenesis argues
against it. But--the alternative is creation... and that CANNOT be! That would mean a
CREATOR, and MORALS, and ACCOUNTABILITY, and maybe even ETERNITY! Dr. Mastropaolo, a Ph.D.
and adjunct professor of physiology for the ICR Graduate School has calculated the
possibility that one living cell could evolve by chance. "That
probability is one chance in more than 104,478,296, a number that numbs the mind because
it has 4,478,296 zeros"! Evolutionists consider believers in the creation to be
credulous--willing to believe too readily on slight or no evidence, "gullible."
Yet they believe that not just one cell but an entire living being, and all
living beings since, have evolved from this chance scenario--against odds of one in
104,478,296! Now--who is it that's credulous?! If you wish to read the whole of Dr.
Mastropaolo's good article, go to http://www.icr.org/pubs/imp/imp-idx.htm and click on
"No. 317." Dr. Mastropaolo concluded, "Life was designed. It did not
evolve. The certainty of these conclusions is 104,478,296 (1 followed by 4,478,296 zeros)
to one. This evidence suggests a Designer who designed and built the entire biosphere and,
for it to function, the entire universe." The writer of Hebrews put it this way,
"For every house is built by someone, but the builder of all things is God."
"By faith we understand that the worlds were prepared by the word of God, so that
what is seen was not made out of things which are visible." Heb. 3:4; 11:3,

A Team Member (A
Parable)
Concerned because a member of the team had been missing several of the
practices and games, one of the coaches decided to visit him. The reasons he first gave
for the absences was that he been that he was sick or out of town. But the coach noticed
he always at school the following week and often had seen him in town at the mall the day
after the game. So, the team member confessed the real reasons he was so lax in his
attendance and commitment to the team... 1. He never got to be the quarterback, so he
figured no one would miss him. 2. The coach sometimes called plays he did not agree with
and said things to the players to motivate and instruct them he did not like. 3. He
suspected some of the fans were hypocrites. They seemed more interested in their cokes and
popcorn than the ball game. 4. The benches the players had to sit on were uncomfortable.
5. He bought a good book on football and had cable T.V. so he figured he could stay home
and read about football or watch it on T.V. 6. He worked and was tired on Friday night
when they played games. And Saturday, when they practiced, was his only day off. He needed
that day to rest and relax. The coaches took his name off the team. He was hurt and
infuriated! His friends and family couldn't believe it--how could those coaches be so hard
and insensitive! He vowed never to go back to another game at that school. He and some his
friends and family decided to join another school across town. "Only conduct
yourselves in a manner worthy of the gospel of Christ; so that whether I come and see you
or remain absent, I may hear of you that you are standing firm in one spirit, with one
mind striving together for the faith of the gospel;" Philippians 1:27, NASB.
"The Apostle Paul was fond of making use of athletics to illustrate truth. To the
Philippians he spoke of 'striving together for the faith of the gospel' (Phil. 1:27). The
words striving together actually mean 'acting as athletes in concert.' In the
language of modern athletics, he was thinking of the importance of 'team spirit' in church
work." Fred H. Wight, Manners and Customs of Bible Lands (Moody Press, 1953),
