Preaching in the meetings: Wayne Chamberlain
We have fellowship in Wayneıs support as he preaches the gospel in Richmond, Kentucky. We began supporting Wayne in the first half of 1999. It will be a welcome opportunity to get to know him better and to listen to him teach Godıs Word. He will be bringing his wife, Debbie, with him. Letıs all plan to encourage one another and take advantage of this opportunity to be built up in the most holy faith! (Heb. 3:12; Jude 20)
NEWS
Next Sunday morning, Wayne Chamberlain will teach in the
auditorium. All classes will come into the auditorium, except kindergarten down . .
. If you would like the opportunity to provide a meal for Wayne and Debbie, there is
a meal list posted on the bulletin board in the foyer . . Announcements for mailing or
personal distribution are available in the foyer. The article, "What Must I Do To Be
Saved?" also has the meeting announcement on it. (The time was mistakenly listed as
7:30 p.m. on Saturday. The correct time is 6:00 p.m. and corrected copies are available in
the foyer.) It might be good to attach to any announcements you give to those who are not
Christians. Also, the article or the front page on this bulletin can be copied from the
web site and then emailed to folks. Maybe the best would be if you could bring them with
you! . . . Other gospel meetings this week: Nov. 5-10, Sunday-Friday, Dickinson,
Oliver Murray; Nov. 5-8, Sunday-Wednesday, Cleveland, Roy Fenner;
Nov. 8-12, Wednesday-Sunday, Bellaire, different speakers (see
announcement in foyer) . . . Allison Ottersbach is due to have her baby in just
about a week . . Phyliss Tuttleıs (281/852-3939) mother has blockage in the
arteries in her neck and blockage in her heart is also suspected. However, until her
kidneys get better, they cannot do surgery. Phyliss has been staying with her at the
hospital (several nights the past week). Phylissı dad, who had suffered a broken hip, a
heart attack, and a stroke, and then went into a coma for over two weeks, surprised the
doctors by awakening from the coma. His hip has also seemed to heal. He is home, and
though he is being fed by a tube, they are thankful for his improvement . . .The
Wednesday morning class this week will be taught by Linda Ottersbach. Ladies, if
you have not been attending this class, why not consider giving it a try? It can do you
good and encourage the other class members also. The class meets from 10 A.M. 11A.M. in
the auditorium. If you would like to attend, you can get class material from Linda . . .
Providing rides for Zelma Bobbitt: this evening, Betty Yocum; Wednesday
