| David Culbertson was born in Midland, Texas on September
the 29th 1959. He grew
up in the Houston Area and graduated Spring Branch High School in 1978.
He now lives just north of Katy, Texas on a small 10 acre ranch with his
wife Sharon and their three daughters Lauren, Elizabeth and Victoria. David has been in the document destruction industry for 18
years where he served as President of Texas Shredding Company, Inc. until
October of 2002 and also served as President of the industry’s trade group (NAID - The National Association
for Information Destruction) from 2000-2002.
It was during this time that the Enron scandal came to light.
He has been interviewed by numerous news agencies including ABC World
News Tonight, the Wall Street Journal and the Associated Press.
He now serves as a document destruction industry consultant and is the
principal owner of Culbertson Consulting, LLC.
David’s personal interests include church, bible study,
golf, bluegrass music and baseball. David
plays guitar & mandolin and is pursuing songwriting.
He is also a High School Baseball Umpire for the Texas Association of
Sports Officials in the Houston Area. He currently serves on the Bay Area
Bluegrass Association Board of Directors.
