STATEMENT OF PHILOSOPHY

                     We believe that all children have an extraordinary capacity to learn and will                        realize their highest levels of achievement in a school community guided by:

high standards of excellence as measured by the finest schools in the world;

dedicated teachers who are knowledgeable in their subjects and skilled in the most effective teaching techniques;

a program which provides for the spiritual, intellectual, emotional, social, and physical needs of each student by balancing academics, arts, theology, and athletics;

                     a comprehensive, sequential curriculum which emphasizes the mastery of a                       foundation of knowledge and skills;

small classes which maximize individual success, participation, and leadership;

                    clear and consistent student assessment;

                    meaningful homework assignments;

a mutually supportive school community that includes students, faculty, parents, and administrative personnel;

a safe, caring, and nurturing environment where students are active participants in their education;

                    technology effectively and appropriately integrated into the curriculum;

an international perspective through early foreign language instruction and an international community;

                    a code of conduct/values centered in the Judeo-Christian tradition; and,

                    a dress code
